Antonio Cruz and Antonio Ortiz established Cruz y Ortiz architectural office in 1974. In all these years, our firm has developed a large number of projects in different fields of architecture, from detached houses or schools, to large infrastructures like stadiums, train stations or national museums.

Our main office in Seville hosts a team with different degree of experience, fields of specialization, backgrounds of training and nationalities. Given the relevance of the ongoing projects in Central Europe, in 2002 our Dutch branch opened in Amsterdam and in 2020 our Swiss branch in Lugano. We also work with our associated studio in Madrid with which we develop competitions and complete project management tasks.

We provide services in architecture, planning, interior design and landscaping for both public and private sectors. Cruz y Ortiz has won more than 30 national and international competitions.

The most significant works of the firm currently on development phases are the AC Lugano football stadium, sports palace and congress centre in Cornaredo, the office refurbishment for Banco Santander in Santander, the extension and adaptation into a hotel of the Convent of San Agustín in Seville and the offices for the General Administration of Spain in Madrid.
