PROJECT

OFFICE BUILDING IN M30 2006

We fully rehabilitate a building for a new company headquarters at the meeting of two motorways, surrounded by office buildings which, like a catalogue, exhibit their anonymous glass fronts with the little architectural value, and which are distinguished with the use of glaring signs.

We rescued the structural skeleton from the original building, redefining new interiors and forms of use.

We designed a new external shell, which makes the building unique in relation to the surrounding ones: as externa skin with undulating concrete sheets which cast deep shadows onto the light interior glass skin.

At the crossing of the two motorways, a sinuous façade describes a wave of movement, highlighted against the surrounding constructed background of glass and aluminium.
